Good to know
Three ways to split: one page per file, custom ranges (for example “1-3, 5, 8-10”) or equal parts of N pages. Pages are copied as they are, with no re-encoding: text, links and image quality stay identical to the original. Thumbnails show which pages will be extracted before you start.
Split PDF: frequently asked questions
How do I extract only a few pages from a PDF?
Choose “Custom ranges”, type the pages you want (for example 2-4, 7) and tick “Put the extracted pages in a single PDF”: you get a new document containing only those pages.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly, without compression or conversion: text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.
How do I get all the resulting files?
Download each file on its own, or all of them at once in a ZIP archive with one click.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Splitting is done by your browser, on your device. The file is neither sent nor stored.
Is there a page limit?
Documents with hundreds of pages are supported, up to 200 MB. The only limit is your device’s memory.
