Good to know

Each page is rendered by pdf.js, Firefox’s PDF engine, then saved as a JPG: 150 dpi for screens and messaging, 300 dpi for printing or zooming in. Transparent backgrounds become white, as on paper. A one-page document gives one image; a longer one, one image per page, which you can download together as a ZIP.

PDF to JPG: frequently asked questions

How do I convert a PDF to JPG?

Add your PDF, choose the resolution, then click “Convert to JPG”. Each page becomes an image you can download.

Which resolution should I choose?

Standard (150 dpi) is enough for screens, email and social media. High (300 dpi) is ideal for printing or enlarging a detail.

Can I get PNGs instead of JPGs?

Yes, with Convert PDF, which also offers PNG (lossless, with transparency) and Excel export.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Pages are rendered by your browser; the document stays on your device.

How do I download all the images at once?

Use “Download all (ZIP)”: every page is gathered in a single archive, numbered in order.
