Purpose
These terms govern the use of the docyvo.com website and its online tools. Using the website means you accept these terms.
A free service
The tools are free and require no sign-up. Technical limits (file size and count, conversions per hour) apply to keep the service fair for everyone.
Your files
You remain the owner of your files and solely responsible for their content. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the files you process and that you will not use the service for unlawful content.
Prohibited use
You may not disrupt the service (mass automated uploads, bypassing limits, intrusion attempts) or use it to process or distribute unlawful or malicious content.
PDF signatures
The Sign PDF tool adds a visual signature (drawing, text or image). It is not a qualified electronic signature under the eIDAS regulation: check whether your document requires a specific level of signature.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to deliver accurate results, but a conversion may not perfectly reproduce a complex document: always keep your originals. To the extent permitted by law, Docyvo cannot be held liable for any data loss or indirect damage arising from the use of the service.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, in particular for maintenance.
